A DayA Day in Rio ( Christ Redeemer + Tijuca National Park+ Santa Teresa district+ Selaron Steps+ Metropolitan Cathedr

More than 900 thousand people visiting this monument per year . Christ Redeemer is one of the "Seven Wonders of the Modern World". The visitors will enjoy the scenery of the Tijuca National Park while go up the mountain by van or by train. The park is a fragment of the Atlantic Rain Forest and it presents a diversified Brazilian flora and waterfalls. Then the visitors go to know Santa Teresa district which is the nearest place of Corcovado mountain and this local includes a combination of urban networks and a variety of architecture styles .Then they go to know Selaron steps which were formed by tiles collected by Jorge Selaron .After visiting Selaron steps, the passengers go to visit the Metropolitan Cathedral of Rio de Janeiro where the Pupe Francisco I had celebrated a Mass during his visit in the city, in 2013.
At the end of the excursion the tourists will enjoy going up to the Sugar Loaf hil by the cable car. There, they will understand why Rio de Janeiro has been known internationally as The Wonderful City.
